She enjoys a great life, has a perfect family (husband who takes care of her and loving children), a great job, and all imaginable luxuries! But, she still feels lonely or so to say she feels that her life is passionless, feels her relationship has come to a point of saturation and has no exciting adventures that perks up her life! He shows a different side of marriage when one gets lost, feels lonely and in search of passion tumbles upon something which awakens them and also breaks them apart! Summary Paulo Coelho takes on the topic ‘Adultery’ in a different angle which is not so acceptable in our conventional society. There’s no point asking why life has reserved certain joys or griefs, you just accept them and carry on. Line which made an impact: You don’t choose your life it chooses you. Tip: Try to keep an open-mindset on adultery while reading this book
